I was so excited last week when I saw Steph's post about the new linkup that she is co-hosting!
I am totally guilty of posting a bunch of stuff and never doing anything with it. I'm realistic enough to know that I probably wont be linking up every week but I'd like to challenge myself to linkup at least once a month. So for my first time...
I made this for dinner last week and it was actually really good. The only change I made was that I used chicken strips instead of chicken breasts. I think I probably could have crunched up the chips a little bit more so that they would stick a little better too, but over all it was really yummy!
